Directs the commissioner of parks, recreation, and historic preservation to review the legal authority to rename Donald J. Trump State Park.

The bill directs the commissioner of the office of parks, recreation, and historic preservation to conduct a legal review to determine if there is authority to re-designate Donald J. Trump State Park in Putnam and Westchester counties to a new name. If the review finds such authority exists, the commissioner must change the park's name. The office must also install new signage and take other necessary actions to implement the name change and improve the park for public enjoyment. The act takes effect immediately.
