Authorizes financing for residential housing on Dutchess Community College campus.

This bill amends the public authorities law to authorize the dormitory authority to provide financing to the Dutchess Community College Association, Inc. for the construction of facilities. The financing can be used for the acquisition, design, construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation, improvement, furnishing, and equipping of residential housing on the Dutchess Community College campus. The bill also allows for refinancing existing housing projects on the campus.
