Subjects individuals who solicit, request, command, importune, or intentionally aid or assist others in illegal activities under the public officers.

This bill amends the executive law and the legislative law to subject individuals who solicit, request, command, importune, or intentionally aid or assist others in illegal activities under the public officers law, the civil service law, or the legislative law to the same penalties as those who violate such provisions of law.
