New York S07095 amends the vehicle and traffic law to allow vehicles with Purple Heart or disabled veteran plates to park in handicapped parking spaces. This change applies to spaces designated under sections 1203-a and 1203-c of the vehicle and traffic law. The act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
