Establishes a student activity fee to fund the student assembly of the state university of New York.
The bill introduces a student activity fee of at least one dollar per semester for each enrolled student at a college or institution of the state university. This fee will be the property of the student assembly of the state university, with no other institution or person entitled to any portion of it. The collected fees must be delivered to the student assembly within thirty days. The revenue generated will be used at the sole discretion of the student assembly. The act takes effect immediately.
