The bill directs the division of criminal justice services, in consultation with the office of temporary and disability assistance, to establish a universal, statewide human trafficking hotline. This hotline will provide individuals in the state access to appropriate counseling and services for human trafficking victims. The hotline will operate twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and will be disseminated to ensure public knowledge.
