Sets the probable usefulness of judgments, compromised claims, or settled claims from certain child sexual abuse cases to up to 30 years.

This bill amends the local finance law to set the probable usefulness of judgments, compromised claims, or settled claims resulting from certain child sexual abuse cases to up to 30 years. The changes apply to payments against school districts, boards of cooperative educational services, or school districts created by special act of the legislature. The act takes effect immediately.
