Prohibits off-track betting corporation vehicles from being used as take-home vehicles by certain individuals and their family members.
New York S06252 amends the racing, pari-mutuel wagering, and breeding law by adding a new section that prohibits regional off-track betting corporations from issuing vehicles to board members, officers, employees, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, agents, or their family members for take-home use. Vehicles must be returned to corporation property when not in use for official business.
