Provides free SUNY and CUNY tuition, books, and fees to New York state and city employees who have been employed for at least two years.

This bill amends the education law to create a program allowing current New York state and New York city employees who have been employed for at least two years to attend SUNY and CUNY institutions without paying tuition, books, and fees. To qualify, students must be eligible for resident tuition rates, maintain continuous employment throughout their academic program, and complete their degree within a specified period set by the trustees. Students must also maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5.
