This act allows a person to be adjudicated as a youthful offender and receive all benefits of such adjudication. To qualify, the person must have been convicted or sentenced as a juvenile offender, be at least twenty-six years old, not have been convicted or sentenced for another felony, not have been convicted or sentenced for more than one other misdemeanor, and not be registered as a level three sex offender.
