Establishes a thirty-year retirement benefit for correction officers of the Westchester county correction department.

This bill amends the retirement and social security law to establish a thirty-year retirement benefit for correction officers of the Westchester county correction department. It modifies the retirement benefit to provide one-half of final average salary upon completion of twenty-five years of service and sixty percent of final average salary upon completion of thirty years of service.
