Allows pharmacists supervising medical cannabis dispensing to recommend and certify patients.
This bill amends the cannabis law to allow pharmacists employed by a registered organization and responsible for supervising the dispensing of medical cannabis within a cannabis dispensing facility to recommend and certify patients upon consultation within such dispensing facility. The pharmacist must complete a two-hour course and register with the office. The certification fee shall not exceed twenty-five dollars. The act takes effect immediately.
