This bill authorizes the Jamesville-DeWitt central school district to discontinue the use of school district-owned parklands and lease them to the town of Onondaga for park and recreational purposes. The lease term cannot exceed thirty years. The town of Onondaga must maintain and operate the land and facilities for park purposes and provide access to all residents of the Jamesville-DeWitt central school district and the town. The town cannot enact fees or charges that are higher for residents of the Jamesville-DeWitt central school district who are not town residents.
