The alienation is contingent on Russel and Deana Galindo conveying certain lands to the county, which must then acquire and dedicate these lands as parklands. The bill also mandates that the fair market value and usefulness of the dedicated lands must be equivalent to those being alienated. The act takes effect immediately.
