This bill amends the public health law to mandate that the commissioner of health include in annual reports information about the cost and increase in cost of the ten prescription drugs on which the state spends the most money. Specifically, the report must cover drugs that have had their costs increase by fifty percent or more over the past five years or by ten percent or more during the previous calendar year.
