This bill amends the insurance law and public health law to establish a minimum reimbursement rate for ambulatory behavioral health services. Insurers must reimburse in-network providers at a minimum rate equivalent to the ambulatory patient group (APG) rate-setting methodology. This applies to all policies and contracts issued, renewed, modified, altered, or amended on or after September 1, 2025.
