Establishes a pilot program to support two three-year demonstration programs providing integrated addiction and medical services.

New York S04953 amends the mental hygiene law to establish an intensive addiction and medical services integrated services pilot program. This program will support two three-year demonstration programs, one in a rural area and one in an urban setting.
