Abolish the minimum charge for water supply by the New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority and the New York City Water Board.

The bill amends the administrative code of the city of New York and the public authorities law to eliminate the minimum charge for water supply. It removes the minimum charge for water supply by the New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority and the New York City Water Board. The charge for water supply will now be determined solely by the quantity of water used, as shown by meters, except for an annual service charge. This act takes effect immediately.
