Excludes undisposed cases from criminal history record reports by the Division of Criminal Justice Services.
This bill amends the executive law to mandate that when the Division of Criminal Justice Services conducts a search of its criminal history records and returns a report, all references to undisposed cases must be excluded. An "undisposed case" is defined as a criminal action or proceeding, or an arrest incident, for which no conviction, imposition of sentence, order of removal, or other final disposition has been recorded, other than the issuance of an apparently unexecuted warrant.
