Authorizes Michael V. Layman to receive state police retirement credit for services as a SUNY police officer.

This bill authorizes Michael V. Layman, a retiree of the New York State and Local Police and Fire Retirement System, to receive retirement service credit for his employment as a university police officer at SUNY Cortland, SUNY Delhi, and SUNY Oneonta. If enacted, Layman can request his retirement benefit recalculated as if his service was with the division of state police.
