If parole is not granted, the incarcerated individual must be informed in writing within two weeks of the factors and reasons for the denial. The board must specify a date for reconsideration, not more than twenty-four months from the determination. If parole is granted, the incarcerated individual must be notified of the conditions of parole, including any restitution orders, mandatory surcharges, and sex offender registration fees.
