New York S04515 requires employers of domestic workers to provide annual paid sick leave.

New York S04515 amends the labor law to mandate that employers of domestic workers provide annual paid sick leave. Employers with four or fewer employees must provide up to forty hours of paid sick leave if they have a net income over one million dollars. Employers with five to ninety-nine employees must provide up to forty hours of paid sick leave. Employers with one hundred or more employees must provide up to fifty-six hours of paid sick leave.
