The bill establishes a senior dental services grant program to provide grants to eligible elderly persons in need of dental services. The director of the office for the aging is authorized to establish the program and provide grants upon the availability of appropriations. Eligible persons include unmarried elderly residents with income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level for a household size of one and married elderly residents with combined spousal income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level for a household size of two, both without dental insurance.
