This bill amends the real property law to require notice of illegal restrictive covenant language in documents to be recorded and mandates the recordation of restrictive covenant modification documents. Title insurance companies, title abstract companies, and escrow companies must notify purchasers and title insurance applicants of illegal language and provide them with a copy of the restrictive covenant modification document. The county recorder must make these forms available to the public.
