Allows a person with a master's of social work degree to file for a license within one year after the effective date of this act.
This bill amends the education law to allow a person with a master's of social work degree to file for a license within one year after the effective date of this act. To qualify, the individual must have five years of post-graduate social work employment and meet the licensing requirements, except for the examination. The act takes effect immediately.
