Establishes the New York State Muslim American Advisory Council.

The New York State Muslim American Advisory Council is established to advise the legislature on ways to advance the role and civic participation of Muslim Americans in New York. The Council will recommend strategies to better integrate Muslims in New York socially, educationally, culturally, and economically. It will present an annual report to the legislature with factual findings, progress analyses, and recommendations regarding state programs and services affecting Muslim Americans.
