This bill authorizes the assessor of Richmond county to grant Silver Lake Foundation Inc. retroactive real property tax exempt status upon application. The assessor may correct the tax rolls if the organization would have been entitled to the exemption. If the organization has already paid taxes, the governing body may refund those taxes.
