Authorizes Cattaraugus County to discontinue certain reforested lands in Perrysburg.
This bill authorizes the county of Cattaraugus to discontinue as reforested lands certain reforested lands in the town of Perrysburg. The authorization is contingent upon the county acquiring lands for reforestation purposes of equal or greater fair market value. If the reforested lands are used for a purpose other than reforestation, they must be restored to their original state and maintained as reforested lands. The act takes effect immediately.
