Prohibits certain sex offenders from being within 1,000 feet of pre-kindergarten or kindergarten facilities.

The bill prohibits sex offenders whose victims were children and level 3 sex offenders from knowingly being within 1,000 feet of any facility where pre-kindergarten or kindergarten instruction is provided. Exceptions are made for offenders who are registered students, participants, or employees of such facilities, or have family members enrolled, with written authorization from their parole officer or superintendent.
