Establishes the "Defund Municipalities that Defund the Police Act" to withhold state funding from municipalities that reduce their police department.

The "Defund Municipalities that Defund the Police Act" withholds state funding from municipalities that abolish or significantly reduce their police department budgets without reallocating funds to other community-policing programs. The withheld amount equals the percentage reduction in the police department budget. The director of the division of budget will reverse the withholding if the municipality no longer qualifies as a defunding municipality.
