The bill enacts the "cannabis adult-use transition act" to amend the cannabis law and state finance law. It increases the number of voting appointed members on the state cannabis advisory board from thirteen to seventeen. The bill provides that an eligible registered organization can be authorized as an adult-use cultivator, processor, distributor, and retail dispensary upon approval of an application to the office of cannabis management.
