Exempts farm vehicles from paying the metropolitan commuter transportation district supplemental registration fee.
This bill amends the vehicle and traffic law to exempt farm vehicles from paying the metropolitan commuter transportation district supplemental registration fee. Farm vehicles registered under subdivision thirteen of section four hundred one of the vehicle and traffic law will no longer be required to pay this fee. The change takes effect immediately upon enactment.
