Adds two trustees to the power authority to represent Niagara county and St. Lawrence county.
This bill amends the public authorities law to increase the number of trustees on the power authority from seven to nine. The sixth and seventh trustees will be appointed by the governor, with the advice and consent of the senate, and will serve initial terms of one and two years respectively. The eighth and ninth trustees will also be appointed by the governor, with the advice and consent of the senate, and will serve initial terms of one and two years respectively. These two new trustees will be residents of Niagara county and St. Lawrence county.
