Directs the Triborough bridge and tunnel authority to exempt health care workers from congestion pricing.

This bill amends the vehicle and traffic law to require the Triborough bridge and tunnel authority to implement a plan for credits and/or exemptions for tolls paid on bridges and crossings for all health care workers. Health care workers include physicians, physician's assistants, nurses, and other medical professionals. The plan must be implemented within 30 days of the bill becoming law.
