Restores the authorized reimbursement rate for governmental entities enforcing navigation laws to 75% of authorized expenditures.

This bill amends the navigation law to restore the authorized reimbursement rate for governmental entities enforcing navigation laws to 75% of authorized expenditures. The commissioner will determine the percentage of total authorized expenditures each entity will bear and apply it to half of the total vessel registration fees received by the state. The allocation of state aid to any county, town, or village within the Lake George park shall not be reduced.
