New York S01813 amends the social services law to include coverage for a set of services for patients in the process of oral or injectable ovulation enhancing drugs. These services include treatment, office visits, hysterosalpingogram services, pelvic ultrasounds, and blood testing, limited to those necessary to monitor such treatment. If federal funding for these services is not available, the state will use its share of appropriations for a grant program to achieve the same purpose. This act will take effect 90 days after it becomes law.
