The bill authorizes Cattaraugus County to discontinue certain reforested lands in Perrysburg as parklands and lease them for up to 30 years. The leased land will be used for oil and gas exploration, watershed protection, timber production, and recreation. The lessee must maintain the land and facilities, and public access will be maintained. If the land ceases to be used for the specified purposes, it will revert to the county. The bill takes effect immediately.
