This bill amends the alcoholic beverage control law to modify licensing restrictions for manufacturers and wholesalers of alcoholic beverages. It prohibits retail licensees for on-premises consumption from having any interest in wholesale premises through stock ownership, interlocking directors, mortgage, lien, or other means. Exceptions are made for manufacturers and wholesalers who are also retail licensees. The changes take effect immediately upon enactment.
