Establishes a streamlined process for facilities or programs operating both pre-kindergarten and daycare programs to receive necessary certifications.

This bill amends the education law to create a single, streamlined process for facilities or programs operating both pre-kindergarten and daycare programs to apply for and receive necessary certifications and licenses under state law. The Department of Education, in conjunction with the Office of Children and Family Services, will implement this process. The bill also authorizes the departments to promulgate any rules and regulations necessary to effectuate these provisions.
