New York S00920 amends the vehicle and traffic law to require that operators of limited use motorcycles receive information related to the legal use of such motorcycles upon registration. This information must be published in the ten most commonly spoken languages in New York state and include, but not be limited to, the rules of the road, speed limits, where such operators can ride, and consequences of non-compliance for each rule. The act takes effect on the sixtieth day after it becomes law.
