Extends funding to local governments affected by electric generation facility closures for three more years.

The bill authorizes funding to local government entities from the urban development corporation through the electric generation facility cessation mitigation fund for an additional three years. Funding is available to counties, cities, towns, villages, school districts, or special districts where an electric generating facility has ceased operations after June 25, 2015, and caused a reduction in real property tax collections or payments in lieu of taxes of at least 20%. The total amount awarded from this program shall not exceed $140,000,000.
