Establishes a farm-to-school food service reimbursement program for school districts.

The bill establishes a farm-to-school food service reimbursement program for school districts. It provides an additional twenty-five cents per school lunch meal in excess of federal and state rates of reimbursement, for districts that have purchased at least thirty percent of their total food products from New York state farmers, growers, producers, or processors. This applies to both dairy and non-dairy products for their food service programs.
