The bill allows health care professionals licensed in other states or territories to provide services at the Ironman Lake Placid 2025 event. This includes physicians, physician assistants, massage therapists, physical therapists, chiropractors, dentists, optometrists, nurses, nurse practitioners, emergency medical technicians, podiatrists, and athletic trainers. These professionals must be in good standing in their home state or territory and appointed by the World Triathlon Corporation. Services can be provided four days before through one day after the event on July 20, 2025.
