Cooper-Currier began her career with OCO in 1984, earned a master's degree in social work in 1998, and returned to OCO as Training and Development Performance Coordinator. She was appointed Supervisor of the agency's Girls Group Home in 2002, Deputy Executive Director in 2004, and Executive Director in 2007.
