Kelley, born and raised in Corinth, began his firefighting career in 1983 and rose through the ranks to become chief, a position he held for 25 years. His accomplishments include overseeing the construction of a new firehouse and the acquisition of seven new fire apparatuses. Kelley also served 32 years with the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office, retiring as a Sergeant.
