Assembly Resolution No. 93 honors Frank P. Raquet for his 50 years of dedicated service to the East Amherst Fire Department. Raquet joined the Transit Fire Company on his 18th birthday in 1974, and the company was renamed the East Amherst Fire Department in 1992. He has served in various roles, including Lieutenant, House Captain, President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Raquet was also a member and chairman of numerous projects and committees and participated in the department's softball, bowling, and golf teams.
