The New York State Assembly honors Officer Lisa T. Pearsall for her dedication to law enforcement and community service. Pearsall previously served 13 years in the Army National Guard and has been with the New Berlin Police Department since 2022. She has been recognized for her diligence, respect, and grace in serving her community. Pearsall will receive a Distinguished Service Award at the department's Law Enforcement Awards Ceremony on June 12, 2025. Additionally, she is being honored as the 2024 Officer of the Year by High-Street Gates Cole Insurance.
