This bill honors Eric Spinner for his designation for special recognition by the New York State Office for the Aging. Eric Spinner, born in Brooklyn in 1943, moved to Nassau County at age seven. He attended NYC Community College and later received his AAS in Electrical Technology from New York Institute of Technology. He served in the New York Army Reserve National Guard and became a shop teacher in NYC high schools for over 37 years. He also owned and operated a pest control company in Nassau County.
