Prohibits ICE from enforcing immigration laws within 1,000 feet of sensitive locations without a judicial warrant.

The bill prohibits the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency from enforcing the federal Immigration and Nationality Act within one thousand feet of a sensitive location unless a valid judicial warrant is provided. A sensitive location includes places owned or controlled by state or local government, health care facilities, mental health services, correctional facilities, and shelters for people experiencing homelessness. A judicial warrant must be signed by a U.S. district judge or federal magistrate judge and must demonstrate probable cause.
