Increases the mandatory retirement age for members of the New York City Fire Department from sixty-five to sixty-seven.

This bill amends the administrative code of the city of New York to increase the mandatory retirement age for members of the uniformed force of the New York City Fire Department from sixty-five to sixty-seven. Members who are not eligible for retirement at age sixty-seven will continue to serve until they become eligible.
